I really like the psychedelic colors design. I can see why this would be a trend in 2009. This year holds the anniversary of Woodstock and also is the turn of another 50 years, half a century. I don't see this trend lasting too long into the future. The colors convey choas and a company would have to focus on a specific need to utilize this type of logo.

The typography is an excellent type of logo. It shows professionalism while at the same time conveying modern, progessiveness. The text makes bold acclamations in ways that pictures cannot. However, with only text, a logo can lose some of its effectiveness.

The sharply folded edges and distinct angles displays the sense of versatility and adaptability that I can assume is inherent in the company's bottom line. To help in presenting their unique capacities to work well with the needs and demands of their customers, the origami design trend is effective and appropriate.

This trend seems likely for 40 years after the 60s when this trend's popularity grew immensely. The colors are powerful but the designs connote a sense of chaos. They also imply some playfulness or a relaxed informal mood. This trend will not last long but probably reappear in the future updated with a unique style distinct from the 2009 trend. Both of which will be different than the 1060s trend. The colors and the designs show movement and keep the eye in motion.
